摘要
目的 评价应用氟保护漆开展集体儿童口腔保健的效果。方法 观察组 (6 0 0例 )给予氟保护漆防龋治疗每半年一次 ,共观察 2年 ;对照组 (6 0 0例 )只做早晚刷牙等日常口腔护理。结果 观察组 4岁、5岁、6岁年龄组儿童的患龋情况分别比对照组下降 10 5 2 %、7 74 %、8 76 % ,呈明显下降趋势。结论 氟保护膝防龋效果明显 ,操作简便 。
Objective To evaluate the effect of applying protective lacquer contained fluorin to collective infant oral cavity health care.Methods The treatment group(600 cases)were given protective lacquer contained fluorin to prevent caries every semiannually for two years and the control group(600 cases)given daily oral cavity tended,such as brushing one's teeth in morning and evening. Results Comparing the treatment group with the control group,the infants of 4-5-6 years old suffering from caries had a significant downtrend 10.52%, 7.74%, 8.76%respectively.Conclusion Applying the protecting lacquer contained fluorin to prevent caries had a significant effect.Its operation is easy.
