摘要
目的:探讨连续性静 -静脉血液透析滤过 (CVVHDF)治疗水、电解质紊乱的临床疗效。 方法:对 2 1例水、电解质紊乱的患者采用 CVVHDF进行治疗 ,低分子肝素抗凝 ,每次 6~ 2 0 h,测定患者透析前后血清 K+、Na+、Cl-浓度 ,记录透析液量及脱水量。结果:2 1例共进行 32人次 CVVHDF治疗 ,1例死于多脏器衰竭 ,1例死于急性肝坏死 ,其余 19例纠正了电解质紊乱 ,水肿明显减轻。结论:CVVHDF对血液动力学影响较小 ,适用于急、慢性肾功能衰竭合并严重低蛋白血症、心功能不全及多脏器功能衰竭的患者 ,且无明显不良反应 ,设备简单 ,便于临床推广使用。
Objective: To probe the efficacy and safety on continuous veno-venous hemodialysis filtration (CVVHDF) for twenty-one patient with water and electrolyte disturbance. Methods: To apply CVVHDF to twenty-one cases with water and electrolyte disturbance,low molecular weight heparin was used for anticoagulation every 6~20 hours,at the same time,to measure the contain serumlevels of K +? Na +? Cl -. The dehydration rate was also recorded. Conclusion: CVVHDF was effective and safe for patients with acute or chronic renal failure associated with severe hypoproteinemia or multiple organ failure.
