摘要
目的 :探讨全髋关节置换术后通过完善的功能锻炼教育 ,患者在接受程度、功能锻炼计划完成量及疗效方面的效果。方法 :98例全髋关节置换术后患者分为 2组 ,均按常规治疗和护理。教育组同时分阶段完成功能锻炼教育内容。结果 :健康教育 8周后 ,教育组患者及家属的康复锻炼知识掌握程度明显提高 ,功能锻炼计划完成量为 98% ,Harris髋关节评分 ( 92 .7± 6 .5 ) ,与接受常规护理的常规组比较 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :全髋关节置换术后实施功能锻炼健康教育可调动患者积极性 ,提高功能锻炼效果 。
Objective: To investigate the effect of patients’ acceptance and quantity of functional exercises by perfect health education after the operation of total hip arthroplasty (THA). Methods: The ninty eight patients after THA were divided into two groups, both of which accepted general treatment and nursing. The functional exercise plan was finished on the experimental group step by step. Results: The intervention had a good effect on experimental group whose knowledge on recovery exercise was increased and 98 % have achieved outstanding level on the 8th week after health education. Moreover, the Harris score in the experimental group was 92.7±6.5, significantly different from that in control group ( P < 0.05) . Conclusion: It has a positive influence to apply the health education for the patients after THA and at the same time it also can improve effect of functional exercises and promote recovery.
