The general requirements of Russia environmental test series standards were introduced, which included the requirement of test specimen, the principle of the determination of installation class, the test atmospheric condition and its tolerance, the grouping of test items, the consideration principle of test item sequence and operation sequence, the mounting of test specimen, the layout requirement of sensors, the consideration principle of loading and packaging during test, as well as the consideration of appearance inspection, function check out and property examination. The requirements were more particular then the similar standards in the world, such as MIL-STD-810 and GJB 150, thus have practical value.
