摘要
报道了一种快速、简便和廉价的谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量测定的新方法。利用GSH的还原性将磷钼杂多酸还原成磷钼杂多蓝,在710 nm最大吸收波长处测其吸光度,吸光度与GSH的浓度在3.3×10-7-1.3×10-4mol·L-1范围内呈线性关系,相关系数r=0.9982,方法检测限为1.6×10-7mol·L-1,相对标准偏差RSD=1.1%(n=6),回收率为97.1%~103.5%。该法应用于药品中GSH含量的直接测定,结果满意。
A new rapid, simple and cheap method is presented for spectrophotometric determination of reduced glutathione(GSH) with phosphorusmolybdenum heteropoly blue. The method is based on the reaction of phosphorusmolybdenum heteropoly acid with GSH. The reactive product exhibits maximum absorption at 710 nm . At the optimal conditions , the absorptivity is linearly proportional to GSH concentration in range of 3. 3 ×10-7- 1.3×10-4 mol· L-1 (r = 0.9982). The detection limit of 1.6×10- 7 mol· L-1 . the relative standard deviation of 1. 1 % ( n =6) and the recovery of 97. 1 %- 103. 5% are given . The method has been applied to the determination of GSH in medicinal sample with satisfactory results.
