摘要
目的探讨西沙必利对各型功能性消化不良(FD)的疗效及其作用机制。方法选择40例 FD病人(男24例,女16例;年龄40±9岁),其中运动障碍型20例,溃疡型10例,返流型8例,未定型2例。采用西沙必利5～10mg,po,Tid 共4周。观察临床疗效,并于服用前和服药后1小时,测定 P 物质、促胃动素、生长抑素、降钙素基因相关肽。结果 FD 症状缓解总有效率95%,而服药前后消化道激素(除 P 物质外)无明显变化,副作用轻微。结论西沙必利主要不是通过胃肠动力激素起作用,而是作用于肠肌间神经丛,消除或缓解 FD 的症状。
Objective To observe the effects of cisapride(Cis)on functional dyspepsia(FD).Methods Forty patients with functional dyspepsia ,of which 20 with dysdynamic,10 with ulcer-like,8 with regurgitation and 2 with non-idiopathic.Cis were administrated 5-10 mg,tris/d for 4 weeks and clinical effects were record- ed.Before and after Cis I0 mg were administered the substance P,motilin(Mot),somatostatin(SS),and calci- tonin gene-related peptide(CGRP)of serum were detected.Results Total effective rate of FD was 95% .At the same time,Mot,SS,CGRP were no difference between before and after 1 h administration of Cis,except for the elevating of substance P(P<0.05).Side effects were mild.Conclusion Cis plays its role on myenteric nerve plexus and diminishes or remission the symptoms of FD.
