摘要
应用稀溶液中酸碱平衡的基本规律,研究糖汁清净中辅助澄清剂磷酸的作用机理,作出磷酸的电离度—pH值曲线。据此经实验确认亚硫酸法清净条件下磷酸钙盐沉淀的主要成分是CaHPO_4,而不是Ca_3(PO_4)_2;并用该曲线验证了文献中的Ca(OH)_2-H_3PO_4滴定曲线。
By applying the basic theory of acid-base balance in thin liquid and studying the functional theory of phosphorio acid, the auxiliary purifying agent, in the purification of cane juice, the curve between ionization degree and pH in phosphoric acid is described. According to the curve wihich was testified by the experiments, the main composition of calcium phosphate precipitate under sulfitation purifying condition is CaHPO_4 rather than Ca_3(PO_4)_2, The determinate curve of Ca(OH)_2-H_3PO_4 in other previous theses was testified by this curve.
