摘要
研究了4_氨磺基_7_氟_2,1,3_苯并二唑 (ABD -F)与还原型谷胱甘肽 (GSH)反应产物的光学性质 ;实验发现GSH -ABD -F体系在510nm处有强荧光峰 ,其荧光强度与GSH的浓度有良好的线性关系 ,由此建立了GSH的荧光分析方法 ,其线性范围为5.6×10-8~8.4×10-6 mol/L ,定量下限为5.6×10-8 mol/L;该方法应用于食品中黄瓜、鸡肝中GSH含量的测定 ,并与常用的HPLC方法进行了对比 ,所建立的方法简便快速 。
The optical property of the product obtained through the reaction of4_aminosulfonly_7_fluoro_2,1,3_benzoxidiazole(ABD-F)and glutathione(GSH)was studied in detail.Experimental results revealed that the GSH-ABD-F system exhibited a strong fluorescence peak atλ 510nm .Its fluorescence intensity was linear to the GSH concentration in the range of5.6×10 -8 ~8.4×10 -6 mol/L and the detection limit was5.6×10 -8 mol/L.The method has been applied to the determination of GSH in chicken liver and cuˉcumber and the results agreed quite well with those obtained by HPLC.The developed method is rapid and easy to operate.
