摘要
在人员流动极为频繁的今天,如何降低知识型员工流失给企业带来的损失是企业人力资源管理中的一大课题。知识型员工流失风险防范要从分析知识型员工的特点、流失的原因以及员工流失给企业带来的风险入手,从风险的防范与控制两方面采取措施。
With today's high turnover of staff, how to reduce losses brought about to firms by drain of knowledge employees is an important issue in human resource management. To prevent the risk of drain of knowledge employees, we should begin with analyzing their characteristics, reasons for drain and risk brought about to firms, and take measures in terms of risk prevention and control.
