具有接种疫苗年龄结构的SIS流行病模型的稳定性

摘要 建立和研究了具有接种疫苗年龄结构的SIS流行病模型 ,得到一个与接种疫苗率 ψ有关的再生数R (ψ)的表达式 ,证明了当R (0 ) <1时 ,无病平衡态全局吸引 ,当R (ψ) <1时 ,无病平衡态局部渐近稳定 ,当R (ψ) >1时 ,无病平衡态是不稳定的 。 This paper discussed an SIS epidemic model with vaccination age. The basic reproductive number R(ψ) is obtained. It is proved that the disease-free equilibrium is global attractor if condition R(0)<1, is locally asymptotically stable if R(ψ)<1, there exists an locally asymptotically stable endemic equilibrium if R(ψ)>1.
