摘要
农村中小学教师开展心理健康教育主要存在自身心理素质差,缺乏心理健康教育意识,心理健康教育知识、技能和能力薄弱,普遍缺少心理健康教育的系统培训等问题。加强农村中小学心理健康教育必须提高教师的心理健康素质,对教师进行系统的心理健康教育培训,提高教师心理健康教育的专业化水平,创设有利于农村心理健康教育开展的宽松环境。
Teachers of rural primary and secondary schools developing mental health education exist the following problems:they are poor in their mental qualities;lack the awareness of mental health;and are short of the systematical training of mental health education.The countermeasures are as follows:improving teachers' mental health qualities;giving teachers systematical training of mental health education.
