摘要
目的 研究淋球菌对环丙沙星 (CIP)耐药与螺旋酶A亚基基因 (gyrA)上的喹诺酮耐药决定区 (QRDR)突变的关系。方法 PCR扩增gyrAQRDR区 ,回收扩增片段 ,再用直接基法进行DNA测序以观察是否存在突变。结果 6株CIP耐药淋球菌的gyrAQRDR区均未发现突变。结论 淋球菌CIP耐药不是由gyrAQRDR突变引起 ,可能存在其它机制。
Objective To study the relationship between ciprofloxacin resistance and mutations in the quinolone resistance determining region (QRDR) of gyrA gene in neisseria gonorrhoeae.Methods The QRDR fragement of gyrA gene was amplified by PCR method,and the sequence of the PCR product was determined by direct sequence determination method in order to see if there were mutations in the QRDR fragement.Results There were no mutations in QRDR of gyrA gene among all 6 strains ciprofloxacin-resistant gonococci.Conclusion The ciprofloxacin resistance was not due to mutations in gyrA gene and it likely contributed to other mechanism.
