survivin在肿瘤治疗中的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 survivin是凋亡抑制蛋白家族的新成员。研究表明 ,survivin蛋白除抑制细胞凋亡外 ,还在肿瘤细胞的放化疗耐受及免疫治疗中发挥重要作用。本文就肿瘤的化学治疗、放射治疗、免疫治疗和基因治疗四个方面综述了近年来survivin基因的研究进展。
