摘要
陶行知教育理论里蕴藏着丰富的教育技术思想 ,这些教育技术思想既包括传统的电教媒体思想 ,又包括现代教育技术思想。他的现代教育技术思想已经触及到当前教育技术的核心———教学系统设计。其中有关教学资源的开发 ,教学目标的思考 ,教学进程的安排 ,都对基础教育改革和课程实施有许多启迪。这些启迪具体包括 :(1)正确处理教学目标的刚性和学生主体性之间的矛盾 ;(2 )善于对学生行为活动进行分析 ;(3)教学进程的弹性安排。
Tao xingzhi’s pedagogy contains abundant instructional technique thoughts, these instructional technique thoughts include not only the thought of traditional electronic media teaching but modern instructional technique. His modern instructional technique has touched the contemporary era’s instructional core: the design of curriculum. Among them, the development of the teaching resources, the consideration of teaching objectives and the arrangement of the teaching progress have greatly inspired our basic education reform., including (1)dealing with the contradiction between the rigidity of educational object and the students’subjectivity;(2)be good at analyzing the students' activities; (3)flexibly arrange the teaching progress.
