摘要
发展农业龙头企业对增加农民收入有着重要的作用。为做大做强龙头企业 ,带动农民增收致富 ,农业龙头企业必须做到 :加强资源整合 ,扩大企业规模 ;突出创新意识 ,培植竞争优势 ;调整营销思路 ,促进企业文化市场化 ;加强与农户的利益联结 ,加快标准化进程 ,实现农业与企业的可持续发展。政府作为农业龙头企业的支持者、宏观调控者和公共服务者 。
Agricultural leading enterprises play an important role in increasing peasants' income. In order to develop and strengthen leading enterprises and lead peasants to acquire wealth, leading enterprises must rearrange resources, enlarge production scale, highlight pioneering spirits, cultivate competitive superiority; readjust marketing strategy, promote the marketization of enterprise culture; reinforce the beneficial ties with peasants , fasten the standardization process and attain the sustainable development of agriculture and enterprises. As the supporter, macro-regulator and public servant of leading enterprises, the government must provide a sound environment for the development of leading enterprises.
