四氯化碳性脂肪肝血清游离脂肪酸谱变化 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :探讨CCl4性脂肪肝血清游离脂肪酸谱的变化。方法 :以 4 0 %CCl4腹部皮下注射的方法复制CCl4性脂肪肝大鼠模型。用气相色谱方法测定血清游离脂肪酸谱。结果 :CCl4性脂肪肝模型组血清游离脂肪酸谱中多不饱和脂肪酸水平明显低于对照组 [油酸C18∶1,(2 8 6 72± 7 332 ρ/mg·L-1vs 4 1 373± 2 180 ρ/mg·L-1) ,亚油酸C18∶2 (16 739± 0 871ρ/mg·L-1vs2 4 95 9± 5 32 5 ρ/mg·L-1) ,花生四烯酸C2 0∶4 (6 10 5± 2 6 5 6 ρ/mg·L-1vs 9 80 2±0 779ρ/mg·L-1) ,P <0 0 5 ],而饱和脂肪酸的水平则显著高于对照组 [月桂酸C12∶0 (3 36 8± 0 330 ρ/mg·L-1vs 2 74 2± 0 35 1ρ/mg·L-1) ,肉豆蔻酸C14∶0 (2 7 136± 3 15 8ρ/mg·L-1vs 16 15 2± 0 6 38ρ/mg·L-1) ,棕榈酸C16∶0 (5 1 731±9 5 6 1ρ/mg·L-1vs 34 5 2 2± 1 4 0 1ρ/mg·L-1) ,P <0 0 5 ]。结论 :CCl4性脂肪肝血清中不饱和脂肪酸水平明显降低 。 AIM: To investigate the alteration of serum free fatty acids in the carbon tetrachloride-induced fatty liver. METHODS: Drug-induced fatty liver rat models were built by injection 40% CCl_4. Serum free fatty acids were analyzed by gas chromatography. RESULTS: In the composition of serun free fatty acids, polyunsaturated fatty acids [oleic acid C18∶1,(28.672±7.332 ρ/mg·L^(-1) vs 41.373±2.180 ρ/mg·L^(-1)), linoleic acid C18∶2(16.739±0.871 ρ/mg·L^(-1) vs 24.959±5.325 ρ/mg·L^(-1)), arachidonic acid C20∶4(6.105±2.656 ρ/mg·L^(-1) vs 9.802±0.779 ρ/mg·L^(-1)),P<0.05], were decreased significantly, but saturated fatty acids [lauric acid C12∶0(3.368±0.330 ρ/mg·L^(-1) vs 2.742±0.351 ρ/mg·L^(-1)), myristic acid C14∶0(27.136±3.158 ρ/mg·L^(-1) vs 16.152±0.638 ρ/mg·L^(-1)), palmitic acid C16∶0(51.731±9.561 ρ/mg·L^(-1) vs 34.522±1.401 ρ/mg·L^(-1)),P<0.05] increased. CONCLUSION: Serum polyunsaturated fatty acids were decreased and saturated fatty acids increased in the drug-(induced) fatty liver.
