摘要
目的 介绍一种治疗小阴唇肥大的手术方法。方法 采用镰状瓣法行小阴唇整形术 ,保留小阴唇边缘 ,以小阴唇上部为蒂 ,去除小阴唇中部一全层组织 ,形成一上宽下窄的组织瓣 ,逐层缝合。结果 本组患者 32例(5 5侧 ) ,术后创口均Ⅰ期愈合。随访时间 1至 3年 ,局部无感觉异常 ,外阴形态满意。结论 镰状瓣小阴唇整形术具有术后瘢痕隐蔽、外阴形态佳 ,术后感觉正常 。
Objective To introduce an operative method for treating hypertrophy of labia minora. Methods 32 patients with 55 sides were treated with the method between January 2000 and June 2003. Upper part of labia minora was used as pedicle and the edges of labia minora were restored. The whole middle layer of labia minora was removed to form a tissue valve with wide on the top and narrow on lower part and then the layers were sutured one by one. Results 32 patients with 55 sides in this group were all cured primerily without abnormal sensation. Its morphology well meet the physiological demand. Conclusion The operation for labia minora with falciform valve is an effective method for treating the the hypertrophy of labia minora with the advantages of invisible scar, good morphology and normal sensation after operation.
