摘要
以大电流硅整流装置为例,对温度控制系统进行了控制算法的研究和系统仿真。此外,还对采用模糊控制器控制系统温度的方法进行了较为详细的论述。该方法同样适合快速熔断器、母线等温度的控制。经过现场运行考验,进一步证明了该系统完全符合现场工作的要求,达到了技术设计指标。
Taking the heavy-current silicon rectifier assembly as an example,this paper introduces the research on control arithmetic for temperature control system and describes the system simulation.The control method consisted of fuzzy-PID controller has been discused in detail.Also,this method is suited to temperature control of fast fuse and busbar.The control system has been run on the spot,its running result proved further this control method can satisfy completely the operation demands of locale and achive the technology index of design.
