摘要
目的 研究视网膜细胞发生过程中的形态变化与RNA合成代谢的关系。方法应用光镜放射自显影技术 ,对 1、2、3、4、7d鸡胚视网膜氚标尿嘧啶的分布进行了观察。结果 视杯各部的氚标尿嘧啶银颗粒数均随胚龄增加而增多 ,以前部最为显著 ;标记细胞的银颗粒主要分布在细胞核内。结论 伴随视网膜细胞的分化成熟 ,RNA的合成数量和区域分布表现为明显的动态变化。
Objective To study the relationship of RNA synthesis-metabolize and modal change in the progress of the retina anlagen of incubating chick embryo.Methods By the means of light microscopic radio or autography,We observed the distribution of the 3 H-uridine in the retina of chick embryos for 1day ,2,3,4 and 7days.Results In every region of optic cups,the number of 3 H-uridine silver grains increased gradually with the embryo age growing especially in anterior region,and the silver grains were mostly observed in the nucleolus.Conclusion With the maturation of the retina cell,the synthetic amount and distributing region of RNA take on dynamic transformation.
