摘要
应用NaSCN二步法湿法纺丝方法 ,根据纤维成型的基本原理 ,对纺丝部分影响纤维成形的供纺、凝固浴成形条件、纺丝后加工等几方面因素进行分析和实验 ,成功地开发出 0 4 4dtex超细旦聚丙烯腈纤维 。
With two steps thio(NaSCN) wet spinning,according to the principle of fibre forming,the effects of dope supplying,conditions of coagulating,fibre treatment were studied and tested.The 0 44dtex Acrylic microfiber was developed successfully.It's the first time to produce the acrylic microfiber with two steps wet spinning domestically.The product will increase the profit of firm.
