摘要
在介绍腈纶的燃烧过程及其阻燃原理的基础上 ,综述了腈纶阻燃改性所引入的阻燃元素和所采用的方法 ,并讨论了腈纶阻燃技术所存在的缺陷。目前 ,采用纺丝原液改性法或共混改性研制 N a SCN二步法阻燃腈纶在我国不仅是可行的 ,而且非常迫切。
In this paper,the burning process of the acrylic fibre and the mechanism of its flame- retardantm odificaion are dicussed. Then,we give a general description of the flame- retardant elem ents which can be incorporated into the acrylic fibre and the related incorporation m ethods.In addition,we also disscussed the deficencies that lie in the current studies on the acrylic fibre’s flam e- retardant modification.If the production situation of the acrylic fibre in China is particularly considered,it is not only practical butalso urgent to develope flam e- retardantacrylic fibre produced by N a SCN- two- step method,using spin- ning solution modification or blending m odification.
