摘要
运用文献法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等 ,对山东省高校体操教师教学能力及知识结构进行了调查研究 ,发现体操教师的整体教学能力较好 ,但电化教学能力相对较差 ,对体育与健康知识的了解、更新方面比较欠缺 ,根据现状提出了相应的建议。
This paper made investigations to gymnastics teachers' teaching ability and knowledge structure in gymnastics and health lessons in colleges of Shandong province through document and information,expert interview,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics. It was found that the whole abilities of gymnastics teachers were good,but their ability of applying electronic devices was poor,their understanding of the sports and health knowledge was not good. Relative suggestions were put forward in this paper.
