摘要
高同型半胱氨酸血症是心血管疾病独立而重要的危险因子,催化同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,HCY)转硫代谢的胱硫醚β-合成酶(cystathionine beta-synthase,CBS)基因表达或结构异常是其主要诱因。文章综述了cbs基因的结构特点、调控cbs基因表达的上游顺式反应元件和反式作用因子、CBS蛋白的结构及缺失、突变等方面的研究进展。
Hyperhomocysteinemia has recently been considered to be a major and independent risk factor for cardiovascular diseases. Abnormal gene expression of cystathionine β-synthase ( CBS) , the key enzyme for the catabolism of homocysteine by transsulfuration pathway, contributes to the development of hyperhomocysteinemia. This article reviews the latest progress in the study of CBS and its cis-acting element, trans-acting-factor involved in the regulation of gene expression, and the structure, deletion, mutation of CBS.
