摘要
目的 观察STZ糖尿病大鼠心肌超微结构的病理改变及非酶糖化抑制剂 -氨基胍对其的影响。方法 制备STZ糖尿病大鼠模型 ,随机分为糖尿病 (DM)组、氨基胍 (AG)组 ,同时设正常对照组。 12周时处死 ,取大鼠左室心肌行透射电镜观察。结果 DM组心肌肌纤维排列紊乱 ,线粒体肿胀变性 ,间质纤维增生 ,微血管基底膜增厚 ;AG组上述损害明显轻于DM组。
Objective To oberserve the pathogenic changes of myocardial ultrastrcture in diabetic rats and contribution of nonenzymation glycosylation inhibitor-aminoguanidine. Methods Animal models of STZ-diabetic rats were made and randomly divided into diabetic mellitus(DM) group,aminoguanidine treated(AG)group and control group. The rats were killed at 12 weeks, their left myocardium were studied by electronic microscope. Results Myocardium hypertrophy,a focal loss,disorganization of myofibril, mitochondril swelling, and lysis of cistae were observed in DM group and were more severiou than in AG group. Conclusions Aminoguanidine can effectively provent and cure the damages of myocardial ultrastrcture in STZ-diabetic rats.
