摘要
基于虚拟仪器的先进技术 ,利用消光式烟度计的测量原理 ,研制出了一种新型的发动机烟度测量装置。该装置可由烟度传感器将被测到的原始信号送入装在计算机内的一块烟度测量多功能接口板 ,进行信号处理并通过A D转换进入计算机总线进行读写数据 ,经过计算机内的相关软件进行数据处理、实时显示以及采集数据曲线实时绘制 ,最后可打印相关的试验报告。介绍其组成及工作原理 ,并进行了烟度计的静态校准和动态的对比试验。结果表明 ,该烟度计测量准确 。
In this paper a new extinction type smoke intensity measuring device based on virtual instrument technique has been developed, which applied measuring principles of smoke-meter. This device can transfer the original signals of measured smoke intensity to a multi-functional board in computer for intensity measurement, process data and send to data bus for reading and writing by A/D converter. The data can be analyzed, real-time displayed, and real-time plotted by the program. Finally the test reports can be completed automatically. This paper introduces the compositions and working principles of the measuring instrument. The static calibration and dynamic contrast test, which are performed, show characteristics of high stability and precision.
