摘要
分析了ZGMn13和27Mn2K的钢焊接性,从高锰钢母材的修正,焊接材料的选择,焊接工艺的制定三个方面进行了论述,分析了异种钢焊接时的常见问题,提出了获得优质异种钢接头的方案。
This paper analyzes the weldability of ZGMn13 &27Mn2K steel,discusses high manganess steel master material amendment,welding material selection and welding process,analyzes the common problems during welding of hetero- steel and puts forward premium hetero-steel welding tip plan.
