摘要
针对不同冲击功对ZGMn13钢在腐蚀环境中冲击磨损机理的研究表明:冲击功由2.0J增至3.5J,合金冲击腐蚀磨损失效的主导机制由挤出棱沿根断裂及轻微浅层剥落和腐蚀磨损,向浅层的疲劳剥落和严重腐蚀磨损及深层加工硬化导致的硬化层大块剥落和严重腐蚀磨损转变;剥落裂纹由起源于亚表层显微孔洞、高密度位错区或表面腐蚀坑底部,转为起源于亚表层深处的晶体缺陷处。
The effect of impact work value on the impact corrosion-abrasion mechanism of ZGMn13 cast steel was investigated. The values of impact work were 2.0 J, 2.7 J, 3.5 J respectively. The results show that the wear resistance of ZGMn13 cast steel decreases with the increase of impact work.
