摘要
在砂型铸造条件下.含 1.7~2.3%C、0.5~1.0%Si、0.4~1.0%Mn、0.3~0.7%Cr、0.3~0.7%Cu的白口铸铁磨球经1.0~1.5%1#稀土硅铁合金、0.1%A1处理,在800~900℃利用铸造余热水淬一定时间,并经280~350℃回火,硬度达HRC55以上.在有效高度为4.2m的磨球跌落试验机上.跌落破碎次数超过 5万次.DTM250/390球磨机工业应用试验结果表明.磨制无烟煤的吨煤磨球磨耗比稀土低碳白口铸铁磨球降低44.8%.
Under the condition of sand casting, white cast iron grindig- ball containing l .7~ 2.3%C, 0.5~ 1.0%Si, 0.4~ 1.0%Mn, 0.3~ 0.7%Cu, trcated with 1.0~ 1.5% rare-carth ferrosilicon and 0.1 %Al was quenched by water for a certain time, when casting remainder heat of the grinding-ball had been 800~ 900℃ and tempered about 280~ 350℃. The grinding-ball hardness are above HRC55. When the effective drop height of the ball impact test machine is 4.2m, its broken number is higher than fifty thousands. The results of industri- al application in the DTM 250 / 380 mill show that the ball weight loss to pulverize one ton hard coal is 44.8 percent less than that of the rare-earth low carbon white cast iron grinfing-ball.
