摘要
文章构造了一个建设全面小康社会进程的分析评价指标体系,运用现代统计分析方法,以福建省为基点,对“十六大”以来,全国26个省份建设全面小康社会进程进行了分析比较。通过比较研究,就中国各地区综合发展水平,建设全面小康社会进程,得出了一些值得注意的结论。
The paper presents an indicator system for analysis and evaluation of the process of building an all round way well-off society. A modern statistical method is applied in this study to make a comparative study on the process since the CPC's 16th National Congress, among 26 provinces and autonomous regions in China, with Fujian Province as a reference. Through the comparative study, the authors have drawn some conclusions that need to be paid more attention, with regard to overall development of different regions in the process of building an all round way well-off society.
