摘要 定义了分布式电子商务中服务评价指标概念,其指标分为两种:数值型和比值型.在评价指标相关性矩阵的基础上提出了一种消除服务评价指标相关性的方法:首先对服务评价指标进行等价类划分,通过随机向量相关性对指标等价类加以优化求解,使得指标等价类之间的相关性最小,进而得到等价类的指标综合函数,在此基础上可以进行综合评价. This paper proposes the concept and definition of service-evaluating index in distributed Ecommerce. The index is classified as ratio and numeric. An approach of eliminating correlation of service index based on correlation matrix is also proposed.Service-evaluating index is partitioned into several equivalence classes. This approach minimizes the correlation of random vectors. Thus the synthetic function can be obtained.
