摘要
采用 ATPase 活性的常规测定方法,分析了4个不同抗性水稻品种感染白叶枯病病原菌后的叶片叶绿体、线粒体 ATPase 活性以及根端线粒体 ATPase 活性的变化.其结果表明:4个不同抗性水稻品种感染白叶枯病后叶片叶绿体 Ca^(++)-ATPase、根端线粒体 ATPase 活性下降,感病品种活性下降更为显著;感病品种叶片叶绿体 Mg^(++)-ATPase 活性下降,抗病品种略有上升;叶片线粒体 ATPase 活性增加,感病品种酶活性上升更为显著.这说明白叶枯病菌对不同抗性水稻叶片叶绿体、线粒体、根端线粒体 ATPase 活性均有影响.
Four rice varieties with different reaction of resistance to bacterial leaf blight(Xanthomanas campestris pv.oryzae)were inoculated with bacterial leaf-blight.The ATPase activities of chloroplast and mitchondrion were tested after the disease development.The results indicated that Ca^(++)-ATPase activity of leaf chloroplast and ATPase activity of root tip mitchondrion decreased in diseased plants,and the enzyme activity of susceptible variety decresased significantly;the Mg^(++)-ATFase activity of chloroplast of susceptible variety decreased,whereas enzyme activity of resistant variety lightly increased;the ATPase activity of leaf mitchondrion of diseased plants increased,and enzyme activity of susceptivre variety ascended significantly.
