摘要
文章分析了我国煤炭企业开展多元化经营的原因及其实施中应具备的要素条件 ,阐述了当前煤炭企业开展多元化经营所存在的问题。根据实施多元化经营所应遵循的相关性原则和国家政策的鼓励扶植 ,本文就我国煤炭企业对多元化经营项目的选择进行了分析。
The paper analyzes the reasons why coal enterprises have developed diversified management practices. The paper also looks at the essential requirements for implementing these practices and looks at some related issues and problems. The author also focuses on the choices for diversified management, based on the principles followed through the enforcement, encouragement, and support of national policy.
