摘要
外汇法 (全称是《外汇及外贸管理法》)是日本最重要的经济法律之一 ,是日本对外交易的基本依据。这部法律自 1 949年实施以来经历过两次大的修订 ,从一部强调管制的法律转变为一部以自由化为主旨的法律。它的历史演变见证了日本金融体制从封闭走向国际化的历程 ,它的现状也反映着现代日本经济迷雾重重的一个侧面 。
The foreign exchange law is one of the most important economic laws of Japan.The rules involved are considered to be the basis of all Japanese foreign transactions.Since 1949 when it was first enacted,this law has experienced two great and all-round amendments.Each amendment is proved to create significant impetus for openness of Japan economy and its financial system.
