摘要
本工作着重研究了阳离子表面活性剂的种类、浓度、电解液的pH值等参数对高效毛细管电泳分离分析的影响。采用间接紫外分光光度检测法,在选择的最佳实验条件下,对环境水样中的Cl^-离子和NO_3^-离子进行了分析。分析结果与用标准环境监测分析方法所测试的结果相比较,令人满意。
The effects of type and concentration of cationic surfactant, pH of the electrolyte solution on the separation of high performance capillary electrophoresis (HPCE) have been studied. Indirect UV detection is achieved at 375 nm with a background electrolyte containing 5×10-3 moI/L CrO42-. The environmental samples have been analyzed by both HPCE technique and conventional analysis method, and the analytical results are compared.
