摘要
以南京某制泵有限公司为例,浅析我国现阶段企业"多品种,小批量"管理中所存在的问题。主要从劳动定额、生产管理、激励制度等方面进行了探讨。
Using examples from a pump manufacturer in Nanjing, the questions existed in current management with multi-type and small batch in China were analyzed. These questions primarily involve labor norm, production management, incentive system.
