摘要
结合工厂在技术改造中的经验,提出要增强工厂的应变能力,适应多品种生产。并从技术和管理上进行了分析和论证,提出了经济合理、切实可行的方案,并举例说明。
Based on practice and experience in plant technical reformation, the paper proposes that plant productive adaptability should be extended in order to meet the need of multi-variety production. The paper also makes some analyses and demonstrations from the technology and management aspects and gives an economical, reasonable and feasible plan as well many examples.
