摘要
目的 :研究醛固酮合成酶基因 - 344T/C多态性与高血压性左室肥厚的相关性。方法 :采用多聚酶链反应 限制性片段长度多态性 (PCR RFLP)技术检测 - 344T/C多态性 ,根据左室质量指数判别原发性高血压患者有无并发左室肥厚。结果 :对照组和原发性高血压组之间基因型和等位基因频率差异均无统计学意义 ;在原发性高血压组中 ,左室肥厚者与无左室肥厚者之间 - 344T/C等位基因分布频率差异有统计学意义 ,左室肥厚者C等位基因频率显著高于无左室肥厚者和对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :醛固酮合成酶基因 - 344T/C多态性与高血压性左室肥厚存在相关性。
Objective: To investigate whether the -344T/C polymorphism of CYP11B2 gene is associated with hypertensively left ventricular hypertrophy. Method:-344T/C polymorphism of CYP11B2 gene was determined by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) in controls, hypertensives with or without left ventricular hypertrophy. Result:No significant difference was found in genotype or allele frequency distribution between groups of control and primary hypertension; the frequency of C allele in left ventricular hypertrophy group was significantly higher than that in controls or hypertensives without left ventricular hypertrophy(P< 0.05). Conclusion: These results suggest that -344T/C polymorphism of CYP11B2 gene may be associated with hypertensively left ventricular hypertrophy.
