洛伐他汀对肾硬化大鼠细胞凋亡影响 被引量:2

Influence of lovastatin on cell apoptosis in glomerulosclerosis rats

摘要 目的 探讨洛伐他汀对高脂血症肾小球硬化大鼠细胞凋亡及凋亡相关蛋白Fas和FasL表达影响。方法  2 4只Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组、高脂组及洛伐他汀治疗组 ,饲养 12周 ,观察血脂、尿蛋白、肾脏病理积分、肾脏细胞凋亡及Fas和FasL表达。结果 治疗组血胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白、肾脏病理积分明显低于高脂饮食组 ,肾脏免疫组织化学也显示治疗组细胞凋亡及Fas和FasL表达降低。结论 降脂治疗可降低肾脏细胞凋亡数及Fas和FasL表达 。
