摘要
通过化学镀的方法在铸铁表面生成非晶态的Ni P镀层 ,优选出化学镀的最佳温度为 93℃ ,最佳 pH值为 5左右 ,化学镀的镀速为 13 μm /h ,镀层的硬度达 60 0HV ,镀层在 10 %的HCl溶液中 ,室温下腐蚀率 <0 .8g/ (m2 ·h)。
The amorphous Ni-P cladding was formed on the surfaces of the cast iron parts by chemical plating method. The optimal parameters of the chemical plating processes are as follow: The temperature is 93 ℃ and the value of pH is 5 for the solution, making the growth speed of the cladding increase to 13 μm/h and the hardness of the cladding to 600 HV for the chemical plating. And the corrosion rate of the cladding would slow to 0.8 g/(m^2·h) with the 10% hydrochloric acid and at room temperature.
