摘要
目的 了解非淋菌性尿道炎患者出现抑郁的原因 ,针对性地采取有关护理对策。方法 运用问卷调查法 ,对 82例非淋菌性尿道炎患者进行调查及统计分析 ,掌握非淋菌性尿道炎患者的心理状态。结果 经过对不同年龄、性别和不同文化程度的患者调查所得结果进行 χ2 检验表明 :文化程度低的中年男性患者易出现抑郁 ;进一步分析表明 ,原因依次为不正确认知、外部支持不够、疑病和性格内向、多疑。结论 对因患非淋菌性尿道炎而出现抑郁的患者 ,护理人员应针对患者个体进行心理疏导 ,减少他们出现抑郁的可能 ,以提高他们的心理健康水平。
Objective To identify causes of depression in patients with nongonococcal urethritis and discuss specific nursing measures.Methods Questionnaire was conducted of 82 patients with nongonococcal urethritis and the results were statistically analyzed.Results Middle-aged male patients with low literacy degree were prone to develop depression,and the further analysis showed that other causes included poor cognition, inadequate external support,suspiciousness and introversion.Conclusion Nursing personnel ought to give more psychological care to patients with depression arising from nongonococcal urethesis so as to reduce the probability of developing depression and improve their psychological health.
