摘要
本文阐述了人力资本在旅游业中的价值,指出应重视人力资本,从而促进企业的发展,提高管理绩效。
The focus of this article centered on analyzing the importance of human capital in tourism enterprises. It emphasized that appropriate measures should be taken. Analyses revealed that utilizing human capital more effectively would be helpful to improve management performance in tourism enterprises.
