摘要
本文初步探索了玻璃纤维增强聚醚醚酮(PEEK)复合材料的成型工艺。通过力学性能、微观形貌分 析等试验,探索了不同工艺参数对玻璃纤维增强 PEEK 复合材料性能的影响,进而制定了复合材料较优的成型工艺参数。其成型工艺参数包括冷却速度、成型压力、成型温度、保温时间。
In this paper, the processing technology of glass fibre reinforced polyetheretherketone (PEEK) composites are studied by using mechanical test and analysis of microphotograph. The proper technical parameters of PEEK composites are formulated in according to aforementioned tests. The processing parameters of PEEK composites include cooling rate, forming pressure, forming temperature and the holding time in melt.
