热定型对PEEK纤维性能影响 被引量:3

摘要 PEEK牵伸丝在160~280℃范围内定长热定型,并对其结构参数、力学性能及热性能进行测试分析。结果表明,随着热定型温度提高,PEEK纤维结晶度和取向度提高,断裂强度和初始模量都有所增加。热机械性能数据表明,热定型温度高于200℃的PEEK纤维,热机械曲线出现二次收缩现象,第二次收缩温度略低于热定型温度,热定型温度越高,PEEK纤维热收缩越小。 olyetherether kitone(PEEK) drawn fibers were heattreated at a fixed length at a range of heatset temperature from 160 ̄280 ℃, their structural parameters, mechanical properties and thermal properties were measured and analysed. The results showed that the content of crystallinity and the degree of molecular orientation of PEEk fibers increased with increasing of heatset temperature, along with the increasing of the tensile strength and the tensile modulus. The data of thermal mechnical analysis(TMA) showed that the TMA curves of PEEK fibers heattreated above 200 ℃ exhibited two times contraction, and the second contraction temperature was a little lower than the heattreated temperature. The termal contraction of PEEK fibers decreased with the increasing of the heattreated temperature.
