摘要
本文针对在公安法学教育中存在的理念教育缺失、滞后和理论阐释深度欠缺的误区,提出培养高层次 应用型人才有赖于正确的理念选择和深厚的理论支撑。
Aiming directly at prejudices that lack of perceptional education and superficiality in explaining theories, which exist in legislative education in the field of police, this thesis raise that it depends on proper perceptional choice and profound theory brace if applicable talented men with high diathesis are brought up.
