摘要
目的 :探讨双氯酚酸钠对兔眼Nd :YAG激光晶体后囊膜切开术后房水内中等分子物质(MMS)及花生四烯酸代谢产物变化的影响。方法 :采用放射免疫分析法、紫外吸收法检测了Nd :YAG激光晶体后囊膜切开术后不同时间用或不用双氯酚酸钠房水内MMS及花生四烯酸代谢产物—血栓素B2 (TXB2 ) ,前列腺素E2 (PGE2 ) ,6 -酮 -前列腺F1α(6 -kero -PGF1α)变化。结果 :Nd :YAG激光晶体后囊膜切开术后不同时间未用药组房水内各成分含量均升高 ,与用药组比较有统计学意义。结论 :MMS、PGs在兔眼Nd :YAG激光晶体后囊膜切开术后出现的并发症有关 ,手术前后应用双氯酚酸钠能降低这些成份的释放 ,从而减轻手术后的各种并发症。
Objective: To investigate the effect of diclofenac sodium to the changes of MMS,PGs in aqueous humor in rabbit after Nd:YAG laser posterior capsulotomy. Method: The changes of middle molecular substances(MMS),prostaglandin E 2(PGE 2), thromboxane B 2(TXB 2),and their different metabolic times were used or not be used diclofenac sodium after Nd:YAG laser posterior capsulotomy on rabbits eyes were determined by radioimmunoassay, ultraviolet absorption. Result: The levels of MMS and PGE 2,TXB 2, 6-kero-prostaglandin-F 1α (6-kero-PGF 1α )weren’t used diclofenac sodium was increased significantly in aqueous humor in rabbits after Nd:YAG laser posterior capsulotomy, compare to medication statistics significance. Conclusions: The study suggested that there was relationship between clinical pathological process and the components production in different stages of operative in rabbit eye after Nd:YAG laser posterior capsulotomy. Diclofenac sodium can reduce the the components and relieve the operative complication.
