CEO报酬、心理契约与企业绩效 被引量:6

摘要 支持代理理论的学者们主张CEO报酬应该与公司业绩紧密相联,但是实证研究并未为此提供证据。本文从心理契约的角度分析了CEO报酬安排等组织行为对CEO行为的影响,并且构建了CEO关系型心理契约对公司绩效产生影响的机制,提供了一个理解CEO报酬的新视角。
