摘要
“治安承包”是近几年出现的社会治安综合治理的一种新的形式,符合社会治安综合治理的理论要求,是新形势下社会治安综合治理的新型实践,并形成了治安承包的鲜明特点:管理规范化;工作职业化鸦报酬结构化。基本达到了社会治安综合治理的目的。
The public security is contracted is a new form of the overall control of social public security in recent years, which accords with overall control of social public security in theory, it is the new-type practice of the social security under the new situation.And it formed a strong characteristic of which public security is contracted, including regularly managing, occupatizing jobs, structuralizing pays. So it reached the aim that the overall control of social public security.
