摘要
近些年来,在我国大部分地区形成了一股土地开发的热潮,而由此产生的动拆迁居民利益受损的问题亦日益突出。本文通过对土地开发中相关主体间利益冲突的剖析,对建立一套利益调整的法律机制提出了设想和一些具体建议。
With land development spreading quickly over most parts of our country in recent years, problems resulted from land development has sharply arisen relating to the moved residents who were under - compensated. This article brings forward some detailed proposals on legal system regulating interests relationship in land development and compensation for removing after analyzing interest conflicts among the related parties in land development.
