摘要
纵向一体化战略由于Ford公司曾在历史上兴盛一时,从什么是纵向一体化战略出发,结合我们熟悉的案例简单分析企业实施纵向一体化的原因,以及决定企业纵向一体化范围的因素。
Vertical integrated strategy at Ford company prospered for the moment in history, this paper begins with what vertical integrated strategy is,combines the case that we are familiar with and analyse briefly the reason that enterprises implement vertical integrated strategy, and the factor that determine the vertical integrated range of enterprise.
