摘要
目的观察蜂蜜与胰岛素联合治疗糖尿病足的效果及总结护理要点。方法将59例糖尿病足病人随机分成治疗组30例和对照组29例,治疗组患足创面局部采用胰岛素与蜂蜜外敷,对照组单用蜂蜜外敷,并进行疗效的观察。结果治疗组治愈29例,对照组治愈9例,两组比较,P<0.01,差异有统计学意义。结论蜂蜜与胰岛素联合治疗糖尿病足优于单用蜂蜜外敷治疗。
To study the effect of using honey and insulin to cure diabetes feet. Methods Fifty-nine patients with diabetes feet were randomly divided into 2 groups, 30 cases in the treatment group and 29 cases in the control group. Insulin and honey were plastered on the wounds in the treatment group, while only honey was plastered on the wounds in the control group. Results In the treatment group 29 cases were healed, while in the control group, only 9 cases were healed (P < 0.01). Conclusion It is more effective to use honey and insulin simultaneously for curing diabetes feet than to use honey only.
